Payment information(How to deal with payment error message)
Our price is in US Dollars. If you credit card is in a currency other than US$, you can still pay us at checkout and your bank will convert and charge you in your local currency. If you get a payment error message, please try the following steps:
1. Please try it again on another computer. If you do not have a computer, please try it on another web browser such as firefox.
2. If you have a paypal account, you can also log in paypal directly and pay the total amount to this email: service@Godoon.com You can mention the item you want in paypal message box or email us separately.
3. If you do not have paypal, you can click contact us
and we can tell you how to pay by Paypal.
We use express shipping method for costumes, such as EMS and AirMail etc. We ship from China, delivery normally takes 15 to 30 working days to most major cities in Europe, Asia and North America. There can also be potential delays due to flight cancellation and customs clearance which are out of our control. For accessories and wigs, we use standard airmail, delivery can take around 15 to 30 working days. If your order is above $100, you can choose priority airmail at no additional cost. Prioirty airmail normally takes 7-10 working days and come with online tracking number. If you order accessories together with a costume, we will use express shipping and send them in one package. Shipping is free for most countries. We will responsible for item lost or damaged in the post.
If you can check the measurement guide carefully before you order, there shall not be a problem with size. In the unlikley event you ordered the wrong size or the item arrived defective, we can still exchange for you. Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned by mail for exchange or refund. Please email us immeiately for Return Authorization Number as soon as you receive the package. Returns without RAN will not be processed.
If you want to return for exchange, please send us back the item within a reasonable time(2 weeks shall be enough time for you find out the size problem in most cases) after you get the package.
If you do not like the costume you can request return for refund. Since cosplay is usually used for just one event such as halloween or convention, we have very strict policy regarding return for refund. If you want a refund, you need to contact us immediately(within 24 hours) after you receive the package and once you have the RAN, please send us back the package with tracking number with no delay. We donot accept refund during major conventions(the week of Anime LA, Anime Boston, A-kon, AnimeNext, Anime Expo, Otakon, Dragon Con, Anime USA and month of Halloween, from 1st Oct till 31th Oct).
We do not charge restocking fee but we can not refund shipping for items return for refund.

Is this a reliable website?
Over the years I have made over 100 cosplay commissions for fans not only in Hong Kong, but in Europe and America as well. Since I already have the pattern for the costumes, I think it is a good idea to sell the ready to wear costumes, so people do not need to pay commission price for the chracter they like. Payment is made at our merchant bank's secure site and we do not have access to your credit card information.

We can accept all major credit card or debit card.
What shipping method do you offer and how long does it take?
We use express shipping method for costumes, such as DHL and UPS etc. We ship from Hong Kong, delivery normally takes 5 to 7 working days to most major cities in Europe, Asia and North America. There can also be potential delays due to flight cancellation and customs clearance which are out of our control. For accessories and wigs, we use standard airmail, delivery can take around 7 to 20 working days. If you order accessories togther with a costume, we will use express shipping and send them in one package. However, there will be a few days delay as costumes and accessories are in two warehouses.
How much is the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping to Australia, Europe, Hong Kong, Japan and North America. There is a surcharge for all other countries.
Do you have costumes in stock?
Yes, we do. Normally, we have 5 standard sizes in stock, for large size such as 3XL, 4XL we have limited stock.

Will there be any taxes/customs duties?
Normally, small packages will not be charged for any tax. We will refund you if you have been asked to pay import tax if you are in US.
